Hello and welcome to my page about my obsession, my Toyota Hilux 'Behemoth'.
It's a 1991 2.4D Toyota pickup that I have spent the last nine years rebuilding to resemble the vision in my head.

I started off by putting a 5" lift and 35" Baja Claws on 15" x 10" chrome modulars but that was only the beginning.

I soon added a custom built bull bar, rear bars and mushroom type roll bar, all in stainless steel (chrome rusts in the english weather).
It now sits on a 7" lift with 1.5" extended shackles, 38.5" x 16" Super Swampers on 15" x 12" Mickey Thompson Classic II's.

i love the truck. i have a 91 pickup 6" lift with 32" all terrain tires. but i was wondering how many feet or meters you used of tubing for your brush guard, roll bar and bumper?

I LOVE YOU RIDE!!!! I do have a couple questions for ya'... 1) Was it originally equipped with front leaf springs? (mine has Torsion bars) and 2) How did you compensate for the extreme angles on your CV's and U-Joints?
Please take a look at my Hilux Surf and let me know what you think, and I'm open to any recomendations you may have :) -Ken Jacque
