The audio system in the car has been upgraded:
Here's the factory deck. You can see the sub control knob under the deck. Other then that it looks stock.
The tweeters from my Boston Z6 components fit with slight modifications in the factory pods on the dash. The components mounted in the doors. A liberal amount of sound deadener was added to the doors as well
Moving into the trunk, here's what you see when you open it. You see my Boston G2 Sub in its box.
The Audiocontrol DQL-8 EQ cleans up and summs the crappy signal from the factory deck and converts it into RCA outputs to feed the amps.
Lifting up the spare tire cover, we find the amps and crossovers for the components. The Diamond D5 600.4 is bi-ampd powering the front components. The Diamond D5 600.1 powers the Boston G2 Sub. All of the interconnects are from Streetwires.
