Joe's 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS
This is my baby, shes a Black 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS. I've only had her for about 6 months now so I haven't done as much as I'd like to but I have done some things.
As for exterior modifications, I havn't done much with the front yet with the exception of xenons and two blue LED bulbs in the license plate (front and rear). These little blues, I feel make a big difference to my car, especially the rear but you can't really see them in the pictures because of the flash.
As you can see in this picture especially, the yellow side blinker needs to go, that's why I ordered clear corners but they havn't come in yet... hopefully soon though because I'm getting sick of seeing that bright yellow stick out on my car.
When you get to the rear of my car, you can see my TYC altezzas which i feel give my car a unique look because I personally have never seen them on my car. Also, you can see my 4.5 inch Tsudo exhaust sticking out the back. I know many of you like putting tips and mufflers on your car to make them sound loud with no horse-power. Me and my boys, however, decided to go for the entire cat-back system to give a nice little horse power increase along with the sound, which sounds like a v8.
As for audio components, I didn't go too big for my little car. I went for a clean sounding system. I ran a complete rewire through the car to bypass the factory Infinity amp and speaker and installed a Kenwood KDC deck, sony 6 1/2s in the front, pioneer 6x9s in the back and a 760watt sony amp through a 12" Pioneer sub in the trunk. I sounds pretty nice.
I put in reverse indiglo gauges which i feel was one of the nicest additions to any car.
I put in an AEM cold air intake, thats right, cold air... not just a filter or regular air intake, a cold air intake with some custom blue components to make my engine look a little more custom. I also put a heatshield K&N filter at the end for added horsepower and also to protect water from my block because the filter is probably only about 3 inches from the ground.
We'll here's my baby. She's still in the works but shes on her way.

T3 Turbo kit (hopefully summer)
Lowering springs/struts
gunmetal 17" 5 or 6 spoke rims
performance headers
straight pipe in place of cat
eventually, I'd like to put a blitz body kit on
additional blue fogs outside factory fogs
custom sub setup in trunk
