9-8-07. ok tomarrow im going to go pick up a 95 2 door black dodge neon I got for 200 bucks. straight body paint pretty good condition has the SOHC automatic and the interior is shot. My main deal here is that it is straight never wrecked so Im most likely gonna swap everything from my 97 into the 95 cause im tired of driving a wrecked car that I dont have the money to fix and it has wiring problems so I just need to swap wiring from the 95 to the newer wiring unless the wires ar color coded and I can cut and splice for the 2 plug computer cause it has the single plug computer and I dont want to run that. Then I dont know what I wanna do with my 97 I have alot of memories with that car its hard to let it go and have it crushed idk if I can do that so I think Ill keep it and lift it on a truck frame and us it to play in the mud & snow like the one on page one. Ill get pics on here within a few days.

Integra bumber I got to mold to my bumper. paid 25 bucks for it.
10-2-07 pulling the engine from my 97 and gonna be checking the rod bearings cause I know one is bad and changing that so the knock will go away and putting the turbo on to install in my 95 neon. now i have to do more cutting to fit the srt-4 intercooler on the other neon also. everything including the fuel tank is being swapped i dont want the metal tank anyways.
10-4-07 ok I pulled the oilpan off to check my rod bearing to see if thats making it knock and they are bad. I ordered new one will be in tomarrow. also I didnt know that the 2.4's have a balance shaft to lower the vibration. did alot off researching about eliminating it because it will let ur engine rev faster and gain u up to 10 hp by eliminating it. the only proble I couldnt figure out yet is plugging the oil ports for the shaft cause that will increase you oil pressure through out your motor. then i seen a comment that someone made to just cut the chain and i thought that would be the easist thing to do and then try and put something in to block the ports when u bolt it up. hope the rod bearings is all i need.
had 2 oil lines to try this but I took a T pipe fitting and cut the line in half and jb welded the line to is and the 3rd hole my oil pressure guage hooks right up to it. sry my camera sucks.

one shot of my black 95.
got 95% of it all done in the engine bay

boost controller

shot of engine bay bad lighting with sucky camera.

10-17-07 it runs fired right up turbo sound sweet. runs rough on start up but real smooth when reved up. I probibly need a map clamp for all the extra air going in now. also have an oil leak but its an easy fix was coming out of the threads were the oil line is on the block so i got some thread tape so solve that.
