Hi folks;
This site goes out to all DODGE CHALLENGER (and also Plymouth 'Cuda) freaks. Just go to my site www.dodge-challenger.at and you will find some interesting informations and photos about our Mopar's and also my own Challenger.

About myself:
My name is DI Aaron Schssler and I'm from Austria. I'm addicted to my 1972 Dodge Challenger, which I bought in 2006. I've studied "Multi Media Art" and after I've finished my study I started my own commercial agency. Check out www.digiphonic.at
My second love is my metal / rockband called .sPout. - we are touring through Europe - so please check out our tourdates and infos on www.spout.biz
I started searching for my Challenger in spring 2006. I was searching on all used car internet platforms and magazines like "Chrom & Flammen", but I couldn't find the right one. Half a year later I'd found only 2 Challenger's and they were restored to stock condition (or maybe better). You know the price of such cars! The first one costs over 50.000 and the second one just over 40.000! That was absolutely to heavy for my wallet! I nearly gave up searching for a Challenger and so I started searching for my second choice - a 1967 to 1969 Chevy Camaro. Thank god, that I also do not find the right Camaro! BECAUSE:
STRIKE! I found the right CHALLENGER!

Mopar's were always my first choice! But my daily drive is a GMC Syclone! Just visit www.syclone.at (this site is under construction)
In autum 2006, I found my 1972 Challenger in Germany with an 318cui V8 engine featuring some well done Edelbrock components. No rust, in good condition and not so expensive than the other Challengers. I payed about 18.000,-- but the interior was awful. So I decided to make something completely different inside the car than restoring it to stock conditions. I made this decision because it is "only" a 1972 and not one of those important models of 1970 or 1971.

I like the style of the Chip Foose Challenger interpretations with big rims and so on. So I wanted to design my own showcar with no compromises. One winter, a lot of work (thanks to the hifigarage for the interior / thanks to House of Performance for the Airride) and about another 15.000,-- later:

Ideas already realized in 2006 / 2007:
- leather & alcantara interior (black / red design)
- Kenwood in-dash touchscreen DVD player
- a high fidelity audio system (by audio system)
- 4 subwoofers in the trunk (by mtx)
- TypeR gauges
- big 20 inch Razor wire wheels (front standard & back reverse!)
- Airride shock absorbers (by house of performance)
Ideas I'd like to realize in the future:
- fourlink system (no leaf springs anymore!)
- disc brakes (front and rear)
- 2 color paint inspired by Foose (maybe black & candy apple red)
- bigger engine (402 magnum stroker engine with 435hp & 457 torque)
- maybe 22 inch (10J) wire rims on the back
- modifying my Challenger to a 1970's front grille
I hope that you enjoy my site about my Challenger!
