I finally was able to track down my deck the Pioneer Premier DEH-P980BT Got a great deal on it from my local audio store for those guys in the local NYC area Illusions Car Audio is the place. Man, the deck is one of the best decks i have purchased. Can read MP3 disks, you can also make data cd's with ACC,MP3, and WMA files for those endless hours of music. I also like the ability to hook up my PDA to the deck and place and recieve calls thru the mic i have mounted on my driverside visor. You will hear your caller through your speakers. Also got the Pioneer Premier 6 cd-disk changer, same location in the other max.

The install took about 20 minutes to complete, i was giving some miss-leading info about the wire harness adapter needed for the 2000 max. Schoesch was the recommended one, but I didnt use that one American parts was the brand was a simple plug n play and a few crimps. no filters or signal depressor which is used with the schoesch version. Sound is much better than factory, but still will change the speakers out and put in external amps to get the real natural sound that i am looking for. I also swapped out the crappy paper clarion tweeters for some audio bahn, the front soundstage is much better than before.
I installed my single dvd pioneer player, right under my head unit, will have pics soon. I had to Dremel the benzel trim that I had purchased. At first wasn't able to open either the deck or dvd players faces. Didn't use the benzel trim on the deck or dvd player, so I still have a clean look.
Got some pics of the newly installed Hid H3 foglights, I have the burn rate at 10K, I have also changed my foglightlenses to smoked to match my headlights. I thought I wouldnt like them at first, but it really was the look I wanted. I have also installed the same HID system with the OEM 2002/03 headlights with Halos running sets of 10k H4 bulbs, this has made a perfect match. Install took about 30min give or take most difficult was mounting the ballasts in a good spot and not readily open to water. I am also using a wired harness with relays one for low beam andone for high. Have plans on switching the high beam to a higher wattage to get more visibility, without having to worry about buring my wire harness.
Here is the Manufacture of the HIDS that I used

I got them from a good group of guys at their site 3BSpecCom
They were very informative, they helped me with all of my questions, the big plus was the nextday delivery!!! No waiting everything was in good order!!
