i wanted to dedicate this page to station wagons because i am so fond of them.
we want to buy a new mopar hemi magnum wagon and may end up with one before too long ?? here are a couple pics my bro modified to look like a lowered and tubbed magnum the way he would like to see it .he also made the car a 2 dr too . he and i both think the wheels they come with would have to be changed to something different , they look like they belong on a truck !
there are 2 different style wheels on the car in the modified pics . i like the torque thrusts best myself ..
the stock pic is the car as a 4 dr plus the stock rims .

i got my love for wagons when i was really young . i grew up in southern california and my mom had a 64 olds in about 1970 . i was only 8 years old and i remember sitting in the rearward facing seat in the very back of the wagon . i used to try to get my mom to race people all the time and one day she did . a loud roadrunner pulled up to us at a stoplight and revved the motor up .
i told my mom to punch it when the light turned green , she did . i still remember watching the roadrunner out the back window smoking the tires like crazy , going sideways and not catching us . we stopped at the next light and the guy was upset and would not look at us again . she punched it again and the guy turned the corner . he could have easily beat us but just didn't know how to drive the car .
somewhere around 1980 i got my start at riverside california's drag strip with my moms old '69 toyota wagon, it was horribly slow but it was fun putting the guys with all the money who laughed at me "on the trailer"
i was dogged down bad by how slow it was and it was a pile etc but we were very poor and i ran whatever i could .
the car ran 20.20 et and 62 mph !!! so it was boring to some but it was a blast being in the bracket races and going rounds . back then you couldn't buy your way back in so they went home cryin ! we made it to the semis many times but never won with it .
in the mid 1980's i went to a drag race at riverside raceway in california (now a shopping mall ) . and spotted this awesome 60-62 style valient wagon that i fell in love with . it was slammed and glossy black with a hemi in it . the car was named "prince valient" and was done as a surprise for the owner by some buddies of his . it was in a magazine way back in the day telling all about it .
these pics were taken about 23 years ago so they dont look too good now . they were taken by me and i would love to find it now ! look at the similiaraity of the two black wagons

in fact , the warpig wagon , which i own , is actually mine because of that prince valient car !
i was looking online for the "prince valient" car and punched up "plymouth wagon drag car" and found the warpig for sale ! i couldn't afford it and never found the prince valient ( still not ) , but a couple years later i stumbled across it again and it was still available ,
i could afford the car now since he lowered the price .
had i not been looking for the prince valient i would have never seen the warpig wagon !!!
i want the prince valient car still and would at least love to find it ?? if anyone knows where it is please email me !!

this white 64 is one of our current cars as well . on the next page you can see we tricked the pic out . it is whit and all but all stock with skinny tires .

here is a pt cruiser which is borderline wagon in my eyes so i will put it here . it is owned by paul marston in the uk and is one increedible pt cruiser . they all call it the pt bruiser !
my bro made this black falcon wagon into a nice wagon from a junkyard pic he saw of it on ebay . what a difference a set iof wheels make eh !
the silver grey wagon was running at LACR raceway in california way back when i lived in so cal .
the 2nd pic is the same car with my touch of making it look like woodgrain , click on it to see it better . how does it look ?

here are a bunch of pics i got from moparts members , there are some neat pics here , check them out better by enlarging them . thanks guys !

one from the track at us 131

this pic is a 1988 aries wagon i have now (oct. 2004 ) and it is from florida . i was looking in the newspaper at work and saw the ad for $200.00 and it said it needed an engine . i happened to have a rusty wagon with a good engine so i got the guys down to $150.00 . the white one here is totally rust free and solid , never wrecked , original paint etc etc . this is one of my summer cars and i plan to put a turbo or maybe even a v-8 swap ?
