This is a 1984 Pontiac Trans AM I purchased just yesterday, she has a Chevy 350 Small block installed rather than the puny 305, shes got a Holley 600 carb (needs major work), Victor JR intake by Edlebrock, power bulg hood, A/C has been thrown out, aftermarket exhaust with 3" pipes (flowmaster 50 series muffler.) stock exhaust manifolds (for now, headman or hooker headers being thrown on) Mallory ignition system. B&M Pro Stick racing shifter. She gets up and goes like a bat outta hell right now as is, but she needs the carb rebuilt or replaced (broken choke as well, sometimes starves for air.) She'll need a new oil sending unit as it leaks like a siv right now, (shut her down last night on cardboard at 195* temp and after 16 hours she leaked out 1/2 quart of oil out the sending unit, won't leak after the engine is cold.),a new coolant overflow resivoir and new fuel hoses / coolant hoses, finally a new PS pump / resivoir and maybe a gearbox, not sure yet. She needs new rear quarter panels, and a nice paintjob (coming spring 2008) new tires all around, new rotors (front only) new pads (all around) new exhaust (spring 2008) new headers (winter 2007-2008) she'll be my summer toy, drive her to some cruises.
7/25/07: Just two pictures right now shes on stands getting a run through of all the hoses and gaskets.

(8/7/07) Recently reviewed engine reciepts for this 350, has an ERSON HIFLIH - High Flow IH cam (.470 (lift) 229* @.050 lift (duration))

7/26/07: Final pictures, shes still on jackstands but oh well.
The T-Tops leak on her, but that'll be fixed.
Mallory Ignition Tach, new oil PSI gauge and temp gauge
Seat covers for now, the old upholstery has water damage, new seats to come.
Theres a sleeping demon in there...

I love these back ends.

Thats it for now, new pics to follow over the winter as all the mechanical stuff will be being worked on this winter.
8/3/07- Update notes: Engine Oil leak repaired (new oil sending unit), transmission leak repaired (new speedo housing... damn 700R4) , one more leak to go will be the newly leaking power steering resivoir (seal kit to come).
