Six months ago I managed to get the deal of the century: Trading my ?02 Hyundai Accent for a ?92 E34 525i. Before I deployed I just had about enough of the Hyundai. It seemed like the car attracted bad luck. Things like people smashing the smallest window ($500), large dents, scratches down to the metal and transmission failure. Although that little car saved me a lot of money, was great on gas and dependable? it was time for something better and close to home. BMW. All it took was for me to drive the Bimmer once ? well, if you own a BMW you know what I mean.

After getting the car I didn?t have much time to thoroughly check her out. It has minor front end damage at the fog lights, grille assembly, headlights and nose panel. I noticed some leaking from the rear main and rear differential gasket. Other than that it?s just little touch up work.
Soon I will be able to start restoring the Bimmer and post pictures of the restoration and upgrade progress. If you have some advice or ideas, don?t hesitate to let me know.
