

I got this car in 2002. It was originally a normally aspirated R1, auto, with A/C. I obtained a second motor and rebuilt it to factory R2 specs, but added dished pistons. The static compression should be down around 8.0:1, allowing me to run more boost. I also added the 4speed, much more fun to drive than the 3 speed auto.



For the spring of 2010, I have changed out the old Paxton SN-60 supercharger,
to a New Paxton NOVI-1000! It makes about 6psi with the pulley setup I have,
with MUCH less parasitic loss on the motor. The difference is obvious, and much faster! Pictures below.
