Well, I finally put my neon back together enough to drive it. I just need an alignment first. I'm putting my beat up body kit back on, to keep from ruining my new stock pieces before I can get them painted.

November 20th 2008

Got the alignment done, also put in the Maddog short throw shifter (STS). All I can say is WOW! this car now takes a 25mph on ramp we have down here in sioux falls at 60+mph no problem. The STS was a little stiff at first, and took some getting used to, but now I LOVE it, i only have to move my hand about an inch side to side, and about 3 inches front to back! Just blew out my exhaust though, so I have to get that fixed. Hopefully soon!

I got my exhaust fixed shortly after it blew out, ended up being mismatched ends. Cut off the old end, put on a new one, done in a pro shop for under $100!

It's getting hard to shift into first, maybe need to adjust my shift cables?

Also finally hooked up my subs and amps (2 12" L7 Kicker Solo Barics (dual 4 ohm) with 2 Kicker ZX750.1 (750 watts x1 into 2 ohm RMS) and rockford fosgate 2 farad digital hybrid cap. i'm pushing 1500 watts rms, and 3000 peak! and that's just my subs!

Well, it broke down. Still not quite sure what happened, but I'm suspecting fuel pumps or something along those lines. Since I was planning on replacing it all anyways, I bumped up plans to upgrade my fuel supply. I went with an Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump, RCI 2162A (15 Gallon Aluminum, 30"Lx12"Wx9"H) fuel cell, LFS Racing fuel rail, new lines (AN-10 to fuel pump, and AN-6? to the fuel rail), and Aeromotive Compact EFI fuel pressure regulator
