No other name in automotive history says "muscle car" like GTO. When introduced in 1964, it virtually defines true street performance.
After a 40 year hiatus, Pontiac resurrects the nameplate for the 2004 model year. It is the last and most powerful V8-powered coupe ever from GM's performance division.
Presenting NFORCR, Steven's 2005 Impulse Blue Metallic (IBM) Pontiac GTO. Featuring the venerable 6.0L LS2, Bermuda Blue Leather and 17" alloy rims, NFORCR is purchased new from Bill Sullivan Pontiac and is one of only 228 produced in this configuration. It stands as the most popular IBM GTO on CarDomain.

In May 2006, Steven joins LS1GTO.com under the username Cyanide. The website is an internet forum dedicated to all things 2004-2006 GTO.

While in Illinois, NFORCR sports two plates - one of which was a GTOAA plate featuring an IBM GTO. The plates remain even after a relocation to Kentucky in 2006.

In 2007, a genuine Holden by Design (HBD) Bermuda Blue steering wheel, gear shift and parking brake is ordered from Australia and installed. Shortly thereafter, NFORCR is driven cross-country to a new home in California.

In 2008, NFORCR starts to show signs of strut rub, so Steven replaces the stock rims with 18x8.5" Privat Kontakts wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 GS D3 235/40ZR18 91Y tires.

Modifications in Spring 2009 includes cold air induction, SAP front spoiler & grilles, clear side markers and a first generation JHP rear spoiler. During installation, Steven authorizes the body shop to delete the "6.0", "PONTIAC" and dart emblems for a smoother, cleaner look. All the external lenses, including the Holden Commodore VXSS taillights, are covered with a light smoke vinyl from Grafxwerks.

Steven celebrates NFORCR's new look by participating in a Goat Run through the hills of Malibu, CA. Over thirty fellow enthusiasts - and their GTO's - are in force.

NFORCR receives upgraded brakes: custom painted DBA cross-drilled and slotted rotors are installed.

HID foglights are added to match the HID low beams and LED markers.

After just under five years and 95K miles of enjoyment, Steven trades NFORCR for SWAGGER, a 2010 Nissan GTR.
