this car means a lot to my wife. that's why i traded my father in law my 2005 yamaha v-star for it. it has 53,000 original miles and the original 215 aluminum block v8. it runs great. we're gonna restore it to stock pretty much, except were gonna change the paint to base/clear and a more metallic red. (thats the idea so far) my wife is as into cars as i am. her whole family is car crazy so when i married her i fit right in. i'm currently restoring a 71 monte carlo for myself, and i figured we could enjoy cruisin' around in this car this summer while i work on mine and when mine's done i'll restore this one. the goal is to pass this olds on to our son when he's an adult. we don't know what our daughter will end up with yet-my wife says an 82-92 camaro. (thats the kind of daily driver my wife would like to have again) we'll see when the time comes...
