My "dream" car has always been an eclipse since I was a kid. Just recently I've been able to get my hands on exactly what I've wanted for the longest time - a project eclipse to fulfil my inner thirst. I just bought a '93 eclipse 5spd standard for $600 about 3 or 4 days ago and i've loved every bit of it. It's gonna need a bit of work obviously before it really becomes "perfect," but i'm happy about the condition the car was in when I bought it. All together it has 150k miles, 100k on the chasis and 50k on the rebuilt engine (just a 1.8). The car came with an aftermarket muffler tip and a spoiler, both unknown manufactures to me. It had a cracked radiator that got replaced, no ac unit, no power steering unit, a bad starter, and also a problem with the oil gauges reading correctly, all of which will be replaced within the next few weeks rofl. This is my first project car and is a really big deal for me considering I've always wanted a car that I could learn and easily work on/upgrade.

Not much work has happened. Got a full set of rims but also got in an accident.

Brand new hood and windshield. Finally starting to get some work done.

Got some new fenders and replaced the old headlights. Also picked up a center tail light for shits and giggles.
