Of note are the Euro M5 cloth Recaro LS front seats. I had never seen them in Germany and found them in VA offered on Ebay. I sold my original BMW mechanical cloth sports seats and replaced them with the Recaros. The Recaros are bigger, lighter and provide better support than the BMW sports seat, which were a copy of Recaros in the first place. samoucem535i's 1985 BMW 5-Series

Here is a shot of the center console and dash. I replace the dash with leather covered one that was an option in euro M5's. samoucem535i's 1985 BMW 5-Seriessamoucem535i's 1985 BMW 5-Series

Here is the leather covered glove box installed. I am slowly finding the various leather covered interior trip pieces that were offered with the factory "full" leather package.

The center gauge cluster is a Hartge option, Oil Temp, Oil pressure and Volts. I have a SDS Air/Fuel mixture meter in the ash tray. I have installed a DIAVA aftermarket A/C system. This system is Italian and designed for euro spec. cars that did not come with A/C. The A/C switch next to the temp adjustment switch turns the system on and off. The other A/C switch next to the radio is a electric fan on/of bypass switch.

This is the OEM BMW Halon fire extinguisher that was an option for the car. This baby is in great shape and still hold a full charge. (old seats seen here)
