This 626 has a 2.0 Magnum engine coupled with 3speed transmission I did a few mods but kept the original and had it rebuilt 3yrs ago it works really great .My dad is the real owner but he let me have it since he knew i had always liked the car, they bought it off the ramp at the show room in Southern Sales Trinidad our local Mazda agent and since then there had been only one time that this car really gave problems to the point that it couldn't move I've spent alot of time and money to bring it back from where it was heading and I feel i have spent my money well.This car will never, ever be for sale only if Southern Sales can sell me a brand new one just like it I may consider but i still don't think that I would accept any offers and trust me I've had many high offers none tempting though. I can't sell my memories .The rims are 17" on 50 series 225 tyres and no they don't touch I had to lower the front a bit to retain original height i've also invested in a sound system with two Pioneer 12"(lows)now 2 12" T1 fosgate, 2 Audio Pipe 12" (midbass)now 2 8" 18sound,2 ciare 8"(mids) on back dash with 4 Soundstream dome tweeters ,2 Power Acoustik 4" in front dash and one high performance high-mid driver, powering them i have used a CH1600 for highs and mids a PA-600 for midbass and drivernow another CH1600 plus a RT2500d for lows i also have a 2.5 farad cap, a HC 800 drycell, a Bx-55 crossover,a Power Acoustik preamp and Pioneer DEH 3800 head unit installed it all for myself, really thumps and i have never popped or burnt anything i also put in some fogs and changed indicator lights to clear put up a set of HS sport seat covers also did alarm and several minor repairs under the hood also put up chrome muffler for heavy sound very nice low hum ,changed all lights to halogen and all other lights to blue led also have led lights in guage panel came equipped with power locks power windows power antenna cassette and fm stereo a GLX edition did a few other things as u can see in pic after so long I only did work on the body once back in 2000 and it has stayed fine since then i've tried my best to treat this car well for all those years of faithful service i got to know this car very deeply ,it works great for its age they bought other cars i want the car to look like if i bought it brand new yesterday for ever. I just LOVE this 626..... but i'm not done with this car yet, i still have a couple more mods in mind oh yah and i don't plan on changing th engine until this one can't move and really the main reason i think this ride is here now in good condition is because my parents are not speed people
