1982 firebird im running a stroked 305 and alot of other mods that i aint gonna mention, but anyways i just dropped that engine in there and took out a lil 3.8 out of it. its pretty awesome. its hooked up to a turbo 350 tranny and a possi trac rearend that was 2:73 gears and a posi locker since i tore the spider gears out of the limited slip.

Paint looks great. As for the instrument panel light color; step by step; 1. Buy Bulbs. 2. Remove dash pad. 3. Remove panel under steering wheel. 4. Remove panel around gauges. 5. Remove each sucessive panel as you come to it. Clear one, then the one with the round circles. then simply but firmly grab the instrument panel and pull. 6. One the back you will find the bulb insert clips. Twist and pull and they will come out. Replace them with your choice of colors and replace the instrument panel. 7. Turn on your lights and test your bulbs. 8. If all bulbs work correctly, replace all panels. Sorry for the delay in the reply, but I am currently out of the country and dont get on here much.
