This is how my 94 Z28 looked in the begining. Mostly stock and frankly boring.
This is how it looks today. Lot's of changes have taken place.
Just a view from the drivers seat. Seems like people always want to know how high the hood looks from the drivers seat, not bad at all.
The engine is a fully forged 383 with an Eagle H beam kit and splayed 4 bolt mains. The heads are Ported stock castings with 2.02 and 1.6 Manley race valves. The cam is a GM 847. Also has a Milodon 7 quart capacity oil pan.
Pulled the tranny out and had it rebuilt with a stage 3 kit from LevelTen. Installed a trans go shift kit and modified the pump to up the line pressure. Also running a Midwest 3000 RPM stall with a B&M SFI approved flex plate.(Now converted to a TCI TH400)
The pics above show the underside of the car with my JetHot long tubes, twin 3" cutouts, 4" Mufflex exhaust system with the Spintech Muffler and dual 3" outlets. That's a Spohn torque arm and the rest is BMR. The rear is a Moser 9 inch and has 3.70 gears. Best N/A time is an 11.83 at 116 MPH. Best and only N2O run so far was an 11.08 at 122 MPH on a 125 shot. Planning on a direct port nitrous set up and see how close I can get to single digits.
These are a couple of pics from the MFBA track rental in May 05.
The following are pics of the interior.
Below is a photo taken at the track 06-23-2006.
