Don't let my little Pink Vette fool you. She's got a modified 350 small block with the following:
RPM Noisy Gear Drive.
Crane Cam 510/298, (the 3rd one so far) a girl need a little noise ya know!!
1/6 Rockers, Custom Push Rods & Springs.
A High Performace Tranny, Shift Kit, and 2500 Stall built to satisfy my lead foot obsession.
Carbuertion is provided by an Edelbrock Thunder Series 650, with a Edelbrock Performer Series Polished Aluminum Intake.
Perched on top of the Edelbrock is a custom Iron Cross Air Cleaner, painted the same color as the car.
She sports an Accel HEI Ignition System
MDS 8mm Ignition Wires
She rolled off the factory line pushing 230 horses, weighing in at 3500 lbs with compression of 9.0:1 and Braking Horsepower of 230@ 5200.
She pushed put 365 to rear wheels now. Not bad for a Pink Vette!
40,614 Corvettes were build in 1980. Out of those 4135 were Dark Metallic Blue the original color car.
There is Only 1 Bitchin Barbie Car!
My Vette runs on Gymkhana Suspension,
and has built in stabilizer bar in the front suspension
transverse semi-elliptic leaf springs in the rear suspension
The 1980 came equipped with a Posi rear end and Recirculating Ball Steering.

Don't confuse the pretty color with being a sleeper, this Bad Girl, holds her own on the road! I have included a before picture of the car when she rolled off the factory line and was Midnight Blue.
