Engine modifications:
as of 5/20/09
Got quite a few of these :) So far major engine mods include Jim Wolf Technologies cams, FlexALite E-Fans, Upcoming engine mods are going to be a CSF race ready radiator, BBK 85MM throttle body, and a Custom Built Turbo kit with intercooler!
Well finally last week 5/16/09 I pulled the trigger on this and decided now was the time after doing all the reading up on turbos, a/r housings, trim specs etc.. This is 1 of possibly 3 turbos that would work very well with a 5.6l motor and this being the medium I figure this would suit my needs of being able to support 800-850 crank hp would definatly give my IPT built tranny a workout once the motor is built for boost next year.. and this turbo will still be streetable for now since it is the GT4094R it is the guts of the larger GT42 series turbo crammed into a GT40 housing which imo is the best of both worlds as far as top end hp and streetability are concerned..
Onto the specs..

It's a Boy!!! 27lbs of Fury waiting to be unleashed!!

Might sound corny but now I know the feeling of what a woman feels like the first time they hold thier baby for the first time.. I was grinning from ear to ear

Just a few pictures showing the water/oil passages used to cool this dual ball bearing turbo
T-4 divided exhaust housing!!

These two pictures show just how big the 1.19 A/R exhaust housing is on my Garrett turbo.. Should really scream past 3800rpm's :)

Last pic is showing the id tag riveted onto the turbo itself showing it is a genuine Garrett / Honeywell product

LOOK WHAT JUST ARRIVED ON 8/20/07!! BEEN WAITING 2 YEARS FOR THESE CAMS FROM JIM WOLF TECHNOLOGIES!! $1,200 bucks worth of cams.. These should yield close to 50 hp 55tq gain at 3600 to redline in my RPM band
