Well, I can't get away from these cars, this is my 3rd T-Bird now. It's a '93 with a 302. Originaly this car had the V6 in it but the headgaskets blew.
One engine swap and alot of time and custom work under the hood, it's now the 302 with a carb conversion.
The car has over 200,000 km's on it but there is very little rust on the car, there's a bit on the rear passenger side wheel well, and some more under the driver's side door. Under the hood, there is currently a two bbl carb and intake. I'm looking into getting a 4 bbl carb and intake for it, preferably Edelbrock, but we'll see what happens.
The majority of the wires and electronics under the hood have been shaved off the fender, and firewall and put under the fenders. The latch and slider for the hood have also been eliminated and hood pins were installed. Since the engine was put in slightly wrong, still runs and performs perfectly, but the motor mounts weren't properly changed so the engine sits higher, a three inch cowl induction was fabricated onto the hood to make room for the air cleaner.
The car was originally green, which you can see from the picture from under the hood, and was repainted the the torquoise colour that's on it now. The interior is tan and is in excellent shape with the excepetion of the drivers seat where the hinge is where it tilts back.
I got an intake and carb for the car, 600 cfm Holley carb with an Edelbrock intake. Hopefully the install goes fine. Having minor problems with the engine now though, I think that the bell housing is loose and there's oil bubbling up from around that area. I guess i'll see what happens.
Unfortunately I don't have any pictures to add, but I did find an engine for my car, this engine developed a really nasty knock, so I bought an '87 Mustang that i'm pulling the engine from, I have the 4 bbl carb and intake so i'm going to get at that when it gets warmer out, and I finish the engine swap for my truck.
