Custom OEM STi Intercooler Sprayer Install

Parts and Part Numbers (where available):

OEM STi Water Tank
OEM STi Tank Cover
OEM STi Water Sprayer Switch
OEM STi Water Sprayer Nozzle (86636FA120)
OEM STi Check Valve R (86634AG010)
10' Vacuum Line
Copper Wire
Wire Loom
Wire Ties
Micro Terminals for Ford 16-14 Ga./Cal. (NAPA # 725273)

I managed to pick up the following from ebay; the STi water tank and carpeted cover with the stock dash mounted switch for around $125 plus a little shipping.

Then I went to https://www.subarugenuineparts.com/oe_parts_cat.html and picked up an OEM STi Nozzle $12 ish (86636FA120) and the OEM check valve R (86634AG010) $6 ish, price may vary as I don't really remember.

Then went to NAPA and picked up some vacuum line that I ran from the trunk through the cab and into the engine compartment via the grommet for the stock boost gauge.

I drilled a hole in the stock diffuser/seal where the little cup is. There is actually a punch mark there really faint where the hole is punched for the STi if I recall.

Then I mounted the switch easy enough. I tapped into the fog light switch to get illumination. You can us just a temp switch if you want, either way. I went for the clean look.

Here is the pin out for the stock switch.

Here is the schematic of the system.
