After my first car, a great American icon 5.7L 300+ horsepower 1993 Camaro Z28, i thought it was time to buy a car that was truly only a dream to me in 2001 when they came out. i was just graduating high-school and had pictures of the car on my mirror that i printed from a computer. "One day" i would always say. It was my affordable dream-car so to say. Two years ago it became reality.

A long way from the clunky american muscle, this car turns heads, and is truly luxury with a touch of power and speed.

The 2002 Audi TT quatro roadster comes with 225 hp stock and 207 lbs torque but the added HP from my revo stage 2 flash and some upgrades pushes it to 268 HP and the torque to 336. My biggest surprise was the TORQUE !!!

- got the dyno numbers in  as of June 2009 .....

hp = 268          torque = 336

There was some loss of HP, I figured I would be closer to 300 hp for sure, the Halodex AWD had something to do with it as well as the large cat back exhaust I think. I am speaking with Revo to figure it out. The torque is unreal. very nice ...

upgrades ...

Added Tinted windows to all windows.

Added Passport 8500 x50 and Laser Shifters. custom install with detectors in grill and back license plate.

Just added Goodyear Eagle GT tires. These are brand new to the market and are great so far !!!

Just added Revo stage 2 ecu flash / tune

Added tint to back tail lights using NIGHTSHADES. Worked great !!!! clear coated them too. also tinted the side markers.

Just added S line badge on trunk ... I think if Audi did offer a S-Line of the TT in this year, it would look and perform like this, so basically, im just dating the car. oh well) I love the S-line badges and what they stand for. Performance !!!

Just did custom LED lighting on interior.... Install done by myself. took a while but saved hundreds of $. looks awesome at night. RED LED's. also put in White LED's on my license plate as well as red lights for my dome lights inside the car.

Just bought new carbon fiber antenna to replace stock.

Just painted my caliper's red to give that performance look without spending $600 on Brembo's.

BASICALLY I DID AS MUCH AS I COULD ON THE CAR WITH AS LITTLE MONEY AS POSSIBLE. 90% OF INSTALLS DONE ON MY OWN SO IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS LET ME KNOW.

THREE MODS LEFT .... new diverter valve, rear sway bar, and a short shifter !!!!

EXHAUST INFO ...

even though it's mostly a stock engine, the apr exhaust and cat back system are by far the loudest and best sounding exhaust of any TT i have ever seen or heard. I have no doubt that it's the best around. Simply unreal. The sound inside the cabin is awesome and outside sounds better than most corvettes stock. Not kidding. thanks APR !!! highly suggested. much better than the ratty sound of Borla or Miltek for Audi's.
