Well, I've had this little gem sitting around for a couple of years now and have been collecting parts as I go along. Now that I have the bulk of the parts, it's time to start the project!
The car is a 1981 Cobra that was originally equipped with the 4-cyl, 4-spd motor and transmission combo. Now with this being a Cobra, I couldn't let that stand. So I'll be installing a roller motor and T-5 from a 92 GT donor car.
So far, I have the stock four banger ripped out, the interior cleaned up, and am ready to get started on the body work. I pulled the hood off and set it aside. I'll deal with that later. Here's some pics of the car as it sits right now....
