I have a 2003 Silverado. 
6 inch Fab-tech Lift, 35" Mudstar tires.
I have not put too much money into it yet due to a low paying career. Things get added all the time.
i just installed the new Angel Eye housings, to my already HID headlights!!! great improvement.
You would not know unless you sat in the driver's seat! all my lights up front are LEDs, and I am saving for my rear lights now. I have the 5.3 and have not found something I could not climb yet. This is definitely not a show truck; I just enjoy a good looking truck that is practical. I have a 12" sub under the back seat and an 800 watt amp. I have the Bose sound system and enjoy the great sound! I have the pager viper alarm system which looks sick with my HID's. If you get some, 8000k would be a safe bet. nice blue tint with out going to the purple crap.
Future Mods.... I dont know.

i am pretty happy with what i have now...
i hate seeing lifted trucks that can not be taken off road. i hate to see a waist of a truck lifted 12 inches on 22 inch rims like they are ready to.... well sit at a car show.... try going off road on a 25 degree tilt and watch that thing roll on its side!
