Good lookin truck there, no im sorry i dont get a lot of old ladies swarmin me but i do get a large amount of comments from older guys that have ever owned one or knew someone who owned one, but yeah i do get a few girls that actually like my truck. I wish i could lift it a few inches but its not 4 wheel drive, like yours, lucky. but yeah we got a couple of good lookin truck that are becoming classic diesel quick, have you tweaked your injector pump, you'll get major horsepower and torque gains just from a couple of turns and it doesnt reduce fuel mileage too much, i lost .5 mpg from doing it and i drive with a heavy foot so nice truck you got and we should race.

yeah, i got longer u bolts for the rear after I got the larger blocks. Have them made an inch or two longer than you need so that you can mount some traction bars later because the axle hop with those 5" blocks is pretty bad.

Yeah, I had to grind/torch/cut off every stinkin bolt on there too. The visor came with the truck. Its a LUND, I think you can still get them. Mine's rusting pretty bad up there too. If you catch it in time you may be able to stop the rust for a while, but I know mine is too far gone. Just slapping a visor on won't really help that.

Hey, good to see some more first gen cummins trucks on here. The lift wasn't too hard to install. Its basically just swapping in 4 new leaf springs, longer brake lines, and a longer pitman arm. I remember that the u bolts skyjacker gives you for the front aren't long enough. Also I ended up adding 2" larger blocks in the rear to level it out. How high are you going? If you have any more questions just ask. p.s. Join the diesel truck resource forums, those guys know a lot about our trucks.
