Hiya this is my MR2 which a got not so long ago,When my cousin brought it back for me it was an absolute discrace and it broke down on the way home which he wasnt best pleased about,but we got it home and here it is.
SCRUFFY MR2
The car was coverd in scratches,and a few dents. The inside was a discrace with coke,dog hair and god knows what on the seats.so i had to take all the carpet and seats out to be cleaned...which was a nightmare.
The wheels were full of that black powder stuff what doesnt come off and needed a refurb.So this is what they looked like after.
Clean seats and interior.
Im having trouble trying to find a stereo facia for the center console so if anyone has one for sale or knows were i can get one from please let me know.
You cant see here but the car has only done 100k which is well below average milage
The bodywork was more of a pain in the arse cos of all the scratches and 2 quite big dints, so i took off the panels and knocked out the dents,Then give it a good old t-cut to get all the scratches out, most have but i think in time i might get a cheeky little paint job.Also i got some new number plates.The car didnt have any badges on it either so instead of buying the normal toyota ones i got some Toyota Racing Development (TRD) ones.

I was thinking about getting some of that light lens paint to make the rear lights black but ive never used it before and i dont know if its any good,If you have used it then let me know wether or not it worth doing .
Both of the tail pipes and the back box was rusted the hell so i had to take it all off and sand it all down to get the rust off then i painted the box back to the colour it should be, and to be honest ithink ive done a dam good job....Well done Dale
As you can see for some reason there is a different alloy on the front passanger side but thats a good enough excuse to buy some new rims.
The center panel between the rear lights was all turning white not really sure why but i painted it black again and now it looks fine.
Im not too sure if i like this wing,think it may be a bit too much, its off a lancer evo 6.Let me know what you think?
TRD Badges are a lot cheeper than normal toyota badges suprisingley

The new number plates i got.
Sure you'll agre it looks 100% better than it did when I got it. All i need now is some new rims, I was thinking about buying some white 5 spokes, Im not sure how big you can go with MR2s i think the bigest will probably be 17's.
This was my mitsibihi FTO it was 2ltr v6 mivec and it went like hell, But unfortunatley some daft woman pulled out on me and wrote it off, luckyly no one was hurt. R I P FTO x x x
Dont know which i prefer the mitsibishi or toyota. WHAT DO YOU THINK ?
