Here are some pis of my rearend swap, I ended up killing my spiders in my original 9BOLT REAREND, REARDISC POSI. I started searching for one and found out, there are alot of people out there that never even heard of it.And you can't really buy any gears or replacement parts for these rears. So I started searching, found a 9 bolt in Florida, and paid about 500 hundred bucs just on shipping!! And these rearends aren't cheap. After I bought it I also found a reardisc posi in a 10 bolt, LOCAL AND BOUGHT IT. I choosed to use the 10 bolt in my car over the 9 bolt, cause I can get parts for it easy! plus I don't want to blow my now only good 9 bolt, I'll hang on to it. So I have two 9bolts, one good, one with chipped spiders and a bent LH drive axle.

HERE I AM RIPPING THE TRANNY OUT AT HOME, I SPENT GOOD MONEY ON THAT TRANS,WITH TCI PARTS,EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT PAINTED PRETTY.SHE RIPPED GREAT!, BUT FOR SOME REASON, IT WAS ACTING FUNNY, TAKING TO LONG TO SHIFT,AND I WAS STARTING TO REDLINE,BEFORE IT SHIFTED, SO SHE HAD TO COME OUT, IN THE MEANTIME I  ORDERED AN OUTLAW TRANSMISSION FROM EBAY, LEVEL2 STAGE SHIFT KIT,FOR AROUND 1300BUCS,THAT WAS LESS THEN THE GUY WHO WANTED TO REBUILD MINE AGAIN,WITH ME DOING THE SWAP.AND I GOT THE TRANNY SHIPPED RIGHT TO MY JOB. I COULD OF DID MY TRANNY THERE, JUST DIDN'T WANT TO WAIT FOR A DAY WE HAD A FREE RACK,SO I DID HER AT HOME ON THE GROUND,AND YES IT WAS ALOT HARDER.

SHITS NOT TO CLEAN UP HERE ANYMORE LOOKS LIKE UNDERCOATING WITH 20YEARS OF GRIM OVER TOP IT, WHEN I HAVE MORE TIME, SOMEDAY, I'LL BE ON IT, TO GET ALL OF THIS SPOTLESS ,PROB,WHEN THE ENGINE GOES, IT WILL BE EASIER WITH THE ENGINE OUT, AND I'LL PAINT IT.

HERES MY FRESH OUTLAW TRANS,LEVEL2,I GOT A 2000 STALL, BUT REALLY I LIKED MY TCI SATURDAY NIGHT SPECIAL BETTER,IT HAD A STALL AROUND 1900,AND I SEEM TO HAD BETTER TOP END WITH THAT ONE,I'M ONLY STILL MAKING SO MUCH HP, WHEN THE ENGINE GOES, THEN I'LL UPGRADE MY LOWEREND, AND HEADS,CAM.AND I MIGHT GET MY TOP END BACK, BUT IT STILL RIPS, TAKES A SEC LONGER THOUGH NOW?BUT I HAD TO SWAP MY REAR TAIL HOUSING AND SPEEDO GEARS, MY NEW TRANS CAME WITHOUT THOSE.

across the way is wrecked GTA, I got some pretty nice used visors from here, some other small things, but in the past this junkyard, had been my number 1 place for 3rd gen f body parts, they had rows of them, about 40 or more camaros to choose from, alot of v6 camaros though, but they did have alot, TPI'S went fast here, when they came in , they got raped hard, but the bad thing about all of them, when scrape prices hit record levels this summer. someone up here put them under for good, crushed, boxed, and cashed in, now prob melted into something else.Other then this bird in the parking lot and maybe 2 raped ones inside. I was really shocked to see all those f- bodys gone, you go back 3 years ago, and this place was loaded with them, not no more.

APRIL 29 2009,MORE UPDATES, Well my IROC has never had a headliner, as seen in pics above, that was last year. so well its about to have one

rans87irocz's 1987 Chevrolet Camaro               rans87irocz's 1987 Chevrolet Camaro

I have to cut out the holes, for the seat belts. after I cut them I used a hot glue gun, works great!

before I put the headliner up, swapped out my old seatbelts, cause mine the plastic piece that goes above the speaker grill was extremely busted, no clips and the part that goes behind the grill was busted off.
