Well here is the whole story on how my 3rd gen f body experience began.My very first camaro ever was a 1986 2.8 liter. I bought that car for a 1000 bucs and long story short no matter how nice I made it. I always had haters. Every body would always knock on my 2.8l. And to be honest that 2.8 had more zip off the line than the 86 305 carburated that I have now.Even guys in their hondas would talk trash on me. So I always wanted a good v8 one.Thats when one day I was in downtown at a place I didn't want to be, but I happened to pic up the newspaper,and read the classifieds,and saw wrecked 87 IROC-Z 350 TPI T-TOPS 4 WHEEL DISC PARTS OR WHOLE.When I got home I called the number, and started to talk to the guy about it ,he said I sold the wheels, taillights and some interior.But the was car is hit in the front and needed a front bumper and fender,but it still turned key and fired up! Now here is the ironic part,He asked me where I was from, and when I told him ,he was shocked . he said I live in the same town, what street you live on? I told him, same street!!! It turned out this now yellow IROC-Z was less than a block away from home. so I walked down the street where he had it behind a fence in a carport with a cover on it!And too this day I still can't believe it.But its now about 5 years in my life, and I love this car.It has more power than any car I had ever owned.But now my next goal would be to build an extreme f body.In the five years I had it,its seen 3 transmissions ,2 fuel pumps,it was white, now yellow, I had to find some original wheels, tail lights , front end, windshield, smog pump, alt, waterpump,and a whole other shit load of small things that was either broke,worn,missing!ect. I would of had some chrome IROC wheels by now if it wasn't for the tranny,those 700r4's seam to keep blowing out 2nd gear, it wouldn't shift out of first.So the tranny in their now was all rebuilt with a tci master rebuild kit and I got a transgo small shift kit for it. had it all rebuilt even a new valve body seporator plate, so I could drill out the holes for the shift kit.And I also got a new front pump and tci torque converter.now I even have a back up good 700r4. and so far no tranny problems.The fuel pump was another issue, and to change them bad boys god bless you, cause if your shit don't come apart easy it ain't fun to do. plus the damn gas tank neck always gets stuck coming out, thats the biggest pain in the ass , and if all your exhaust is welded than thats a task to get apart too.

I ADDED A FLIP FACE JENSEN DVD PLAYER AND EQ.AND 4 EXTRA SPEAKERS FOR HIGHS.
IT HAS 3 INCH PIPE FROM THE CAT BACK, FLOWMASTER CROSSFLOW MUFFLER AND SOME CHROME TIPS.I ADDED AN ADDCO REAR PERFORMANCE SWAY BAR.PLUS LAKEWOOD PERFORMANCE DRAG SHOCKS.AND NEW SET OF REAR COILS.MY NEXT STEP IS A NEW PANHARD ROD AND CONTROL ARMS.
I GOT THE TAIL LIGHT KIT FROM SUMMIT. THIS IS A NICE BLACK OUT KIT.

I ADDED HYPERTECH EXTERNAL PERFORMANCE COIL PART# 4054, ACCEL PERFORMANCE MODULE IN MY CAP WITH ACCELS 300+ 8.8MM WIRES.I ALSO HAD THE TRANNY REBUILT WITH ALL TCI PARTS,TRANSGO SHIFT KIT,PLUS NEW TCI TORQUE CONVERTER!
