This is my Red 1993SVT LIGHTNING.It Sports a 5.8 liter V8 (for you old folks that's 351 cubic inches)...Its got just over 100,000 miles on it, if what other Gen.1 LIGHTNING owners have told me is true, then I should'nt have a problem getting 300,000 on this engine. Mods include full MSD ignition, MAF conversion with 1993 Mustang Cobra R computer, '93 Cobra Roller Rockers, Bassani ceramic coated equal length headers and muffler. I just had 4 Nitto 275/50R17s put on it earlier today...They're just a little lower profile than STOCK tires stock would be 275/60R17s. I think it sets better with the Nitto tires now...The tires in the picture are still the Goodyear Eagles :P which to me makes the truck set up like a stink bug...I just put a Cervini roll pan on it along with that came a NEW paint job...I of course went back with the Factory ULTRA RED paint code...I deleted the F150 fender emblems, replaced the LIGHTNING decals on the bed and went with the GEN.2 LIGHTNING emblem on the tail gate.
