Mary's 1968 GTX
Jerry finally got my car home today. Tuesday June 19, 2007. I was going to wait until Jerry was finished with the truck before starting work on the GTX. Not, it runs great and sounds too cool to be in the garage.
Jerry has ordered a new power steering pump, a new brake power booster, and some side chrome. I will add additional photos daily.
07/18 Jerry's birthday today. So far we bought two work benches.

I have some cool Mopar links at the bottom of the page. Oh, it was so cool driving home. The car sounds super good already.

Below left and right. Sun. 06/24-07 spent the afternoon working on the front left and right turn signal indicators. Rusted to no end and the bulb sockets are shot. Got them working and cleaned up but not really good for the long haul. Will have to find them new later.

June 30,07 Below left a photo of a very dirty air cleaner, next to a new one. For info. The CarQuest cleaner "BA84" was purchased at Boulder City Auto Parts for $3.98 although I do get a small discount as I purchase a fair amount of parts. Below right is the new molded hood pad to be installed after the paint.
