Also check out our new car club CTNissans.org for lacal meets. We go to shows, have meets on the Berlin Turnpike every weekend, and even hit the dragstrip once in a while.

bryan163's 1996 Nissan Maxima I went with a stock resonator an muffler to keep things quiet

the new muffler had surgery to remove  restrictions. I used this cutaway of the old muffler to determine wich section to cut out in order to bypass the interrior chambers. the muffler was painted black and installed.

It's just a simple side pipe made with some cheap universal exhaust parts from advanced auto. I welded a nut on for an o2 bung. Cost to make was about $20. The car ran 5 tenths quicker in the 1/4 mile. thats some serious bang for your buck.
