My first HDR image...

I've been reading a lot about this HDR thing lately, so I decided to give it a try. The car is dirty, and the surroundings were not as detailed as I wanted them to be, but at least I got what I was looking for. I'm looking forward to continue with this other hobby once the raining stops and I know that washing my car will last at least 2 days. Until then, let me know what you think...

The new Baby...

This is the new addition to the house, bought by my wifey, a 2010 Subaru Forester X. This is non-luxury, non-special edition, no extras model, just a simple AWD model which the wifey's been wanting for a long time now. No mods here... Probably window tint and fog lamps, but that'll be it...
Sorry for the low quality pics... I'll take more when I have it nice and clean...

New custom built steering column gauge pod:

I fabricated this from the factory steering column trim and a universal pillar gauge pod. I had the dual one, but it covered the RPMs and Fuel Level gauges which gave me a scare when I almost ran out of gas in the highway. I had totally forgotten to check the Fuel Level gauge for a week, and when I finally did, the needle was on top of the "E" (empty) and the "Low Level" light on. I took it out right after that and fabricated this one from what I had laying around.

I'm now done with my dash's 2-DIN Conversion...

More info on Page 2
Some mods I forgot to mention cause I was busy working on the 2 DIN Conversion:
Yellow Fog Lamps

These allow me to put HID's with no problem, although I recently read that there is a kit to put HID in the factory ones.
Spirit of Competition Decal

New DEPO Headlights installed!!!

OBX Header Installed!!!

Now, the issues I found with the installation of this mod... First of all, I bought this car used, and it had High Flow Cats. The muffler shop that did this job removed all flanges in the piping, except for the one on the OEM header and the one on the muffler. This led me to having to weld some pieces for it to fit. Also, the O2 sensor positions on the OBX Header are completely out of position. The first hole sits too close to the engine block, which won't allow for an actual O2 sensor to fit there, and the second hole falls right under the first O2 sensor in the car.

Another thing... If you're running on suspension, and planning on installing this mod, here's something you should know.... The header sits at about 1 or 2 inches below the cross member. Be careful with bumps...
