This is my Stage 2 Mustang Roush SN#7146. I bought it at a local muscle car dealership in South Texas when all my attempts to get a Pontiac Firehawk failed. Although by no means am I disappointed. In the end it was basically down to the Roush and a Saleen. I choose the Roush due to the fact the Saleen owner who had it before installed gauge pods and took them off after trading it in so he left a mess of wires showing. Both cars manual transmission, the only thing id drive and supercharged. To be honest id never even been to familiar with Roush Mustangs. But the dealership had alot of paper work and went through all the cars details with me. Plus the Roush came with a suspension package from Roush so in the end she won. I'll never forget how people stared as I drove her home, the dealership was three cities away. Right then and there I knew I had made the right choice. There is only 2 Roush Mustangs in my town. And the other one is a 2005, so I guess its safe to say im the only one with a Roush Mustang this year. Shes a real head turner as she thunders through the bottom of freeway underpasses like a freight train. I love my car. Everything is pretty much stock as it came from the Roush plant. Except for a few mods listed put by the owner before me. Although I bought the car used a year and a half ago it only came with 32,000 miles on the odometer. Other interior mods consist of Roush Gauges, Roush embroided seats and floor mats. The pedals and shifter also from Roush. And it kinda sucks because ive sometimes thought of putting different rims but the thought of not keeping it original usually prevents me from doing it. I dislike wings on the Mustangs but mine is needed to complete the whole Roush pkg. But wingless to me reminds me of the older 87-93 Mustang 5.0 LX's. And it makes the car look beefier.
