In a scene dominated by straight line power it isn't very often that a lil gem comes along that can handle the twisties like an F1.
When Car and Driver rates a basic import one of the best handling cars not only in its price range but out of all their test cars, you know its something special.
Starting the hype with the Limited edition MP3, the first car to be sold with a factory MP3 stereo, followed by the first sports wagon seen in many years on American soil and ending with the turbo Mazda Speed Protégé.
These cars have shown every driver that turns are something to be thrilled not a break between straight-aways.
Here is my version of the Mazda Protégé 5, re-badged as the European 323F. Stuffed with a T3/T4 turbo pushing 8 PSI and bottle fed and rolling on 17" ADR's with Tokcio struts and Tien springs. This is the way I feel it should come from the beginning.
Putting down 200 hp to the wheels and truly giving the driver a "Zoom Zoom" experience.
This is my Wicked Wagon.
