The components...MB Quarts QSC 164's and QSC-210's respectfully. These are not in yet as i will be making a door pod to fit them. Right now I have MB Quarts PCE-216 and I love them. Cant wait to get these Q-series speakers in.

THE POWER!!!!! A Kicker ZX1000 for the sub, Kicker ZX350.2 for the components along with a Kicker KQ30 for the best in tuning. To the left of the eq are the component crossovers wired for a 2 ohm load on the amp. Fun Fun.

Here is the power distribution block on the back of the amp rack. Thats 1/0 power wire coming from the battery and going to the ZX1000 and i think 4gauge wire going to the ZX350.2.

Some of the sound dampening. Got it at Lowes for cheap and applied with a roller and heat gun. Very effective and it didnt cost and arm and a leg like other mat...Dynamat maybe. I also did the doors, the inside of the trim panels, etc.

Heres a mock up of the sub the night i got it...

Heres the mounting ring made of 3/4" MDF cut to fit at the very top of the spare tire well. I secured it in place using steel L-brackets and sheet metal screws to the inside of the wheel well.

ahhhh expanda foam...great stuff. Used it to seal the edges. I ended up only needing like half a can. Oh well. Worked great, no air leaks.

Finished product. The carpet didnt exactly match the stock stuff but looks good to me.

NEVER let a power wire become pinched between a a bolt and the chassis. When i connected the battery after everythin was hooked up, i pooped the 300amp inline fuse and saw so much smoke coming formt he back of the car i almost cried. Thank goodness the wire was the only thing that got fried!!!
