This is my Father's 1967 Corvette Stingray 427ci 435 Horse Convertible.ONLY 35,000 ORIGINAL MILES!!!! Its Malboro Maroon with the Black stinger and is a absolute BEAST!! He has had this since he was 18 years old going to Loyola in Chicago, IL. He is the original owner and has kept it all this time for 40 years!!! It was in storage for about 20 years then was brought back to life and restored about 5-6 years ago. When the restoration took place he took out the 427ci engine to preserve it and dropped in a 454ci 450hp Chevy Big Block so it could run on pump gas and have better...... driveability.... This thing absolutly launches and the mufflers are all rotted out and never replaced so they are esentially straight pipes right from the engine, so it is LOUD!!!! Im 16 and ive been driving it since i was 11 years old. its a 4 speed manual so its a blast to drive. Next year in March 2008 the new 2009 Corvette Stingray is supposed to come out that has the 6.2litre supercharged 650hp engine and were one of the first on the list. When we get it ill have it posted right next to this one.
