This is my baby,a 95 sabre 160gxi.Its also known as the pulsar SSS.Well the mods are minor for now but alot is in progress for this car.
How I ended up with this ride,well its kinda complicated but Ill try to lay it out. OK I got my first ride when I was 17,it was a little nissan 1.4 pickup. It wasnt very fast but it did the job well untill I rolled it 3 times on a dirt road.After that my parents didnt want 2 get me a new ride,so I waited till I finished with school and started to work.Then it was time to save up and get a deposit 4 a car.I finally had some cash when I was 19 and started looking around 4 a ride and had a choice between the next few rides= nissan 200sx that I couldt get finance on,fiat uno turbo(blew the boostpipes of when I test drove it), and a 1.3 opel corsa.I decided to go with the corsa and went to finalise the deal with the agent,then he says I dont get a waranty on the car,I told him to tear up the contract and shuve it.As I drove down the road on my way home with my parents I see this baby at another garage and told my parents to stop. I got out and inspected the car and it looked OK,so I notice reserved sign in the window.The dealer came over and he said someone else is already trying to get finance on the car.After alot of beging and but kissing he agreed to sell the car to me instead and the rest is history:)
The car was pretty stock when I got it,just had 14inch alloys on.Sold the 14inch wheels for R1500 and bought these 17inch wheels for R2500 from a bud of mine,it was a big bargain.
I did have some bad luck with the car the past few years like the engine blew and some taxi driver decided he didnt like the look of my car and jumped a red light,he bended her a bit.
This is my trusty jdm ga16de motor,I love it!!!After having the car for about 7months the original ga16dne motor decided it wants out and died so I replaced it with this import jdm ga16de motor.

The interior of the car hasn't been changed alot,just a racing steering wheel,gearknop,a pioneer mp3 headunit,2 12inch kenwood subs, 2 6inch starsound mids, 2 sony 6x9 rear speakers and a 2000w american amp has been added.
In this picture you can see the bumper vent that leeds to the engine,its a cai,it helps alot on hot summer days to get cooler air into the motor.And for body mods they are minor but make a difference,the clear side indicators have been tinted black and the rear lights too.
And here is were all the engines gasses goes out,an import japanese muffler.

Changed the factory display lights with aftermarket LEDs,it makes the night driving feel a bit more sporty.

Added my first aftermarket gauge to my baby to keep an eye on the battery and alternator incase something goes wrong again.It looks wicked at night too.

Painted the altenator chrome blue and silver to match the rest of the enginebay and didnt have anything better to do:)
A clean engine is a happy engine LOL
