Sandblasting... sounds about as fun as it is.
got a third of the way done and the sky opened up so i shot some etching primer on it to save the bare metal from the humidity.
so much rust...
getting closer, few more hours of blasting and i should be done
if your going to attempt something like this a GOOD spotweld cutter is a must, between the rear valance and the trunk floor there had to have been 400 spotwelds.
