UPDATED 7/24/09

Finally - after 90,000 miles, we blew the transmission!  Can't get too far with only 1st and half of 2nd gear, so a bulletproof rebuild is already underway.  The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers for a rapid recovery!

Cadillac hasn't made a V-series Escalade yet -- so we did!

Born at Lund Cadillac in Phoenix, AZ with some initial mods, we got this truck in April of 2003 and continue to add & change parts -- usually using the excuse that when something breaks or wears out, we "might as well get a top-notch replacement!" That brings us to the here and now...

BadMister's 2003 Cadillac Escalade

It can hit 60 in 5 seconds flat with the roughly 600 stallions under the hood. Sitting at idle, it purrs like a 7000-pound kitten; get on it, though, and the whistle of the 'charger and the 2.5" dual exhaust will shake your fillings loose!

New Audio/Video of Engine

Performance:
Vortec intercooled supercharger
Volant cold-air intake
Dynatech SuperMaxx headers
Custom Borla true dual exhaust w/4" resonator tips
2"/3" suspension drop
Powerslot Cryo-treated rotors w/Hawk pads

Styling:
24" Hipnotic Zen II wheels, color-matched w/gold-plated inserts
BFGoodrich gForce KDW tires
V and 'Supercharged' badging from the XLR-V, gold-plated
Gold-plated crests, door handles & tailgate handle
E&G Classic heavy mesh grill, gold-plated
Lund rear spoiler
Cleared headlight turn signals, mirrored bulbs all around
Hand-sculpted Cadillac logo bed rug

Interior & A/V:
Super-white Xenon interior bulbs
SAVV 10" widescreen LCD headrest monitors
Grandtec TUN-5000 Airview HDTV tuner

update: xBox 360 frenched into rear console!

still needs some finishing work, but it's in. In place of the rear air vents are a pair of cut-down flat-panel computer speakers and the volume knob, so you don't need to use the headphones to hear the xBox.

Very nice ride! Love the EXT's... especially the addition of the V! By the way, I'm a big HALO fan, so love the HALO 2 pic. 5 stars!

Nice Cadillac. I like the white and gold and the monitors really set off the interior. I agree that when you replace something, you might as well go BIG and get the best replacment possible.Check out my ride. its not much but tell me what you think about my system.
