Finally - after 90,000 miles, we blew the transmission! Can't get too far with only 1st and half of 2nd gear, so a bulletproof rebuild is already underway. The family appreciates your thoughts and prayers for a rapid recovery!
Cadillac hasn't made a V-series Escalade yet -- so we did!
Born at Lund Cadillac in Phoenix, AZ with some initial mods, we got this truck in April of 2003 and continue to add & change parts -- usually using the excuse that when something breaks or wears out, we "might as well get a top-notch replacement!" That brings us to the here and now...

It can hit 60 in 5 seconds flat with the roughly 600 stallions under the hood. Sitting at idle, it purrs like a 7000-pound kitten; get on it, though, and the whistle of the 'charger and the 2.5" dual exhaust will shake your fillings loose!

still needs some finishing work, but it's in. In place of the rear air vents are a pair of cut-down flat-panel computer speakers and the volume knob, so you don't need to use the headphones to hear the xBox.
