This is my dad's 84 c10. It's pretty much factory for now. 305 h.o. th350 maybe 350c transmission and 2.73 locking diff in back.
It's a really clean truck very minimal rust, only the bedsides and lower cab corners outside, inside only 2 spots on top of the driver's side rocker panel, and only a couple under the bed, right in front of and behind the rear tires, in the wheel wells.
Other then thoose it's mint and all gm rust free metal, doors fenders, and inner fenders. Only the brace in back of the passenger side inner fender is rusted out.
We haven't done too much to it, added a few things outside and inside. it was dented and scratched badly on the passenger side though. Original owner hit a poll and kept going, dented the fender, big dent in the door, and dented the bed, along with scratches at each dented area.
Here's some before pictures of it. As we were doing the bodywork.
We removed the fender to gain access to the back to push the dents out from behind.
Here's some after bodywork and after paint pics....
Now here's a few of the interior.
Now for a few underhood, nothing special just after a good hose down after gunk and wiped off, not bad at all for 20+ years.
That's all for now, not much to look at but a great shape daily driver and good start for a project. I have alot of things in mind I'd like to do, but for now I don't want to comprimise the good mileage and daily driver aspect of it lol. mainly the mileage and hauling capacity. I would like to later lower it about 4-6 inches or so in front and 5-7 or more in the back. I'd also like to build a nice small block for it or if I can find one put in a big block. Maybe even convert to four speed standard shift. For now she's pretty well done. We'll see what happens later. One thing for sure sometime soon we are going to build a hard tonneau for it like we did on our s-10. That's it as far as I know though.
Thanks for looking.
