OK. Kool, but not original. My baby was the original Beast. I didn't name him that. Everyone who saw him said "That's not a truck. That's a Beast!" My baby was orange too, but from oxidation of red paint. I stuck with the bench myself. A) Comfort! Could drive endlessly, and I had a massively comfort bed where ever I went. B) I has a saddle seat cover with a slot for my shotgun on bottom of bench, since I don't believe in shotgun racks. I just wanted to warn you that steering wheel isn't a 78' Sierra Classic steering wheel. On a 78' Sierra Classic the steering wheel's horn cover goes from top to bottom. It makes the inside of steering wheel look like three sections instead of one with a center button for the horn. I know the horn pops off and makes a good hideyhole for keys, cash, ID, and even change. I used mine all the while in college and military. One day I remake another when I have the time, cash, and can find a good frame. The original died in a horrible accident that hit right on the frame. We would have died in a less heavy truck like they make these days. I hope you don't jack up the truck. Classics have natural stock height that is good w/out compromising its center gravity. Good luck with your restoration. KeshKa The orriginal Kesh
