IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO FIX THESE T-TOPS FROM LEAKING LET ME KNOW DONE A BIT BUT NOT COMPLETELY FIXED
This is my baby, I got her when I was 15 and she looked like crap. Someone had spray painted her with some white spray can paint and rust had accumulated under the places they painted. This Camaro is a 1983 Z28, she came with 3 speed auto and a small block 400 dirt track motor but it needed major work so we sold it. The guy that painted my car got the engine and painted my car for half price(not a bad trade off). She now has a 1991 305 engine with a manual tranny. We removed the computer crap and installed a brand new Edelbrock intake manifold and an Edelbrock 650 carb. We also needed to replace the front end as the camaro had been in a wreck prior to our purchase of the car, so we replaced the 1983 front end with a 1991 camaro front end (I believe that it looks better than the original). I also preceded to replace the shabby interior with a brand new one. The only downside to this car is that the T-Tops leak if it rains, i am working on stopping this as i have isolated the problem to the rear hatch. I have also just finished replacing the distributor , re timing the engine, and adjusting the carb. My exhaust system is from a IROC-Z drag car that ran on alcohol and it only cost me 75 dollars to have the cats removed and exhaust installed.Exhaust Still working on the car i will soon be building up a 350 to put in so that i can chunk the crappy 305 so if anyone has a 350 block or engine lying around and wants to part with it let me know
Just rained so my car is bit dirty.
Love having a CB but looking for an internal antenna.
The engine is a little dirty after I blew the stock radiator and had to upgrade to a better, stronger one.
