Soundproofing
I am giving this car the same treatment as RAIF. It will be totally soundproofed with Duplicolor's Sound Eliminator. This stuff is like spray on tar. It dampens the sound by reducing the metals ability to to vibrate, thus reducing the noise level.
Once the interior was out, look what rusty spots showed up and had to be fixed! Well we hit it with a wire brush on a drill and covered it in a good rust convertor. Seemed to do the trick...
Rust cleaned up and treated, now I had to clean the car up really well...
On to the Sound proofing... How many cans you ask? Well that almost covered the interior. One more can got it all done...
Now this stuff can be messy even after it dries. Any chemicals spill on it and it will soften up. So we decided to paint it body color...
