I bought the car with no engine or transmission.
I prepped the engine compartment for an engine.
The body was in good shape. Just some minor dings along the drivers and some scratches on the front ground effects. I repainted the front ground effects.
I tore out the dash to get rid of all of the heating and cooling ducts, vents, wires, ets. Also put in a new speedometer cluster.
I got a 350 motor from a 1980 Chevy pickup, painted it Chevy orange and put it in the car one weekend with some friends.
Project status:
The transmission is now installed. Engine is running but i've got some fuel leaking issues to deal with before I drive it. Should be soon though!
