the hood wasn't salvageable after the accident. it cracked the hood clean in half so it went to the junk yard with the rest of the car

yeah i work in a ups store right now and i looked it up as soon as i wrote you that and realized where it was. so yeah definitely won't be able to make a trip there to help ya LOL. but if you need anymore help let me know i'll take pics if you want to know how to get the rings on the vents painted or how to take random parts out. always here to help. good luck bro

well it's extremely easy aslong as you can take the parts out of the car without breaking them! LOL but no its really easy. make sure you do VERY light coats of primer. be sure not to load primer on, or it will run and bubble. just light dustings of primer will be best. same with the paint. just get vynil paint from the local parts store or what not and just light coats of paint. if it bubbles you have done too much. no need to sand to make it smooth. and if you use a good amount of primer you will not need clearcoat, plus i wouldn't want it really shiny. but let me know if you need more help. hell where is blue springs compared to st. charles county?
