yeah you actually have to unbolt the seat from the floor of the truck, then slide it up. the seat doesn't actually fold forward, its on a hook that is about 6 inches (guess) below the headrest. and if you are trying to make a sub box for behind the seat, don't bother, its a waste of time. its possible, but the box will not be big enough and it will sound like crap. i'm building a new box for mine that will cradle the middle of the seats.

dude i think u should keep the eclipse and do work to that and use the civic as the everyday driver, first bc everyone and they're grandmother has a hooked up civic, second ur gonna be faster than a civic and itd take less work, and if u want to do alot of work then its cheeper than a civic to get more hosepower...but thats just me, either way nice car and keep up with the mods
