flogg's 2003 Holden Commodore

I picked her up with a little over 60 thousand on the clock. Everything was stock except for the calais international rims. I quite like them and will most likely leave them on... for now

They have a few marks on them that I will get fixed soon

First thing on the list was easy and that was to de-badge the boot. A quick hit with the missus' hairdryer and a bit of dental floss and they were both on the ground

Not a heap of difference but it still prefer it without.

Next was to rip out the old stereo and put in a new Pioneer HU. I went with the DEH-8950BT which means i can hook up my phone through bluetooth and when it rings it comes through the stereo like a hands free kit. Pretty handy stuff!!

The instillation process was pretty easy. I downloaded some instructions off the net and all was well. I ended up soldering the wires into the loom and got myself an aftermarket facia that fits in beautiful.

I also hooked up my Sony amp and have got Pioneer splits and sub ready to go in soon.

Other mods are lowered springs, as soon as they arrive. King spring super low on front and super super low on the rear. Should give it a good stance. Only cost me $239 brand new too!!

Will keep the pics coming as the mods happen.

Fitted my springs on the weekend. all went well.
the finished touch is one slammed looking beast. fark me it dropped a fair bit in the ass end!! hopefully she handles the bumps okay. Will put some pics up soon.

Was easily worth the cash, compared to spending a couple of thousand on a body kit to make it look lowered.

Dunno how many km's im going to get out of the rears now though?
