depent your driving,pot holes,speed bumps,your stock shock they working with oil,they are design to work such height,if you low.. the car about 1 inch,the shock inside pressure goes up.you need gas shock eventualy.my old car they old up about 1 year,and i blow my front ,car felt like caddy,vibration,pull always on side etc.you cant use regular low pressure gas shock (kyb gr2,or tokico,unless you want more,use koni sport.my application i drive my car everyday,i did not want to bumpy,very simple ,i use gr2 kyb.you cant buy them $370. free shipping next day air. http://www.performancemarket.com.this is my 3 car i m doing some sunspesion and brake upgrade.(other then, i m not touching anything under the hood because the accord v6 as enough balls for my need.(looks undercover)

Lowering it is no doubt one of the best mods you can do. Hope you got shocks and camber. Now you need to get the full HFP kit and catback exhaust.
