project old skul ride
i just got this 1969 VW Beetle from my aunt. its been with the family 38 years... i believe this bug has been parked at the garage for almost 5 years... good thing, this bug is not a total wreck... i would say that when i got this bug, i just made a simple change oil, engine tune-up, change spark plugs, check electrical wiring and lights, repaired the brake system and it was good to go... in less than a day, all systems go!!!
this project is a slow paced project due to unavailability of parts at the local stores here in cebu city, philippines... hopefully i can kickstart my project soon... im still in the process of getting contacts for all the parts i need... within the year (2007), this bug would be a headturner...
